Email missioncontrol@spaceestate.org for help with your purchase. Include your receipt or order reference so we can find it. Please never send card details.
What arrives?
Your order is a personalised digital PDF, with a randomly assigned fictional planet. Download it from the confirmation page after payment; a copy is also sent to the email entered at checkout. There is no physical delivery or frame.
Missing email or download?
Check spam and the email address used at checkout. Keep your confirmation page and Stripe receipt. If the email or download is missing, send your receipt to the address above.
Corrections and refund requests
If you entered the wrong name, have a problem with your certificate, or want to request a refund, email your order reference and explain what you need. Contact us before placing another order to resolve a delivery problem.
